WATCH SIZING
If you have purchased a watch with a metal bracelet, there is a good chance you will have to have one or more links removed to fit your wrist properly. We suggest you take your watch to a reputable local jeweler for sizing. Expect to pay a nominal fee (around $10-$15) for the service. Do not try to size your own watch! You may damage or scratch the watch and bracelet. 2ClicksAway.com will not accept a scratched or damaged watch return.
Please note: after the links are removed, keep the extra ones! Occasionally, a watch bracelet may break and it is a lot easier (and cheaper) to have it repaired with your own links than it is to order and ship new ones. Once a watch has been sized, it may not be exchanged or returned for refund.

RETURNS
We offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. Prior to a making a return you must call us to notify us of the issue. You will be given a notification number to reference your return. Buyers are subjected to pay S/H when returning an item.

Remember, returned merchandise must be in brand-new, plastic over the merchandise as it was delivered, unworn condition and still have all tags, manuals, warranty cards, cases and packaging intact. If the watch is in worn condition or if it has been re-sized, unfortunately 2ClicksAway will not be able accept the return or offer a refund. If any component is missing (such as plastic, tags, manuals, warranty cards, cases and packaging), you may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion. You must request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning any products to 2ClicksAway. Returns without an RMA number will be returned to the sender.
